EU Union and International Orders

EU union/international orders do not include tracking or insurance, and as such are ineligible for refund/credit/replacement. Please contact us if you would like to add tracking and insurance to your order, at an additional cost.

Deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive. Delays may occur due to customs/postal service in your country. All duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange by mail or Toronto drop off, within 30 days of the order delivery date.

All returns must be in new condition, with all tags attached.

The customer is responsible for any and all costs incurred when returning an item.

Refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment.

Once products have been received and processed we will send out a replacement item, if required.

As our items are often made to order in our studio, exchanges may take time to produce. If this is expected we will provide a time estimate for you.

Sale items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
